PSS provides group insurance programs covering medical, vision, and dental care. Employee contribution for group insurance coverage may carry based on the contract to which the employee is assigned.

Life and Short & Long Term Disability Plans

PSS offers a company funded life insurance policy on all employees. The policy provides coverage for the employee only, up to the basic annual salary, with a maximum payout amount.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Leave accrual is provided to regular full-time employees and starts upon employment with PSS.

Annual Paid Holidays

PSS provides designated paid holidays each year to regular full-time employees. All PSS holidays are to be taken on the date which PSS observes the holiday.

Employee Referral Program

PSS recognizes that employee referrals are a valuable recruitment source for filling job openings at all levels. It is the policy of PSS to pay referral awards to eligible employees for recommending external candidates who are hired to fill any regular full-time positions.

Tuition and Training Assistance Program

The PSS Training and Education Assistance Program reflects a commitment to foster a culture of innovation. Eligible employees, who voluntarily pursue job- and career-related academic study outside of normal working hours at accredited educational institutes, may be eligible for this program.
