PSS provides support for all phases of the acquisition and grants
management lifecycles to include planning, requirements definition,
solicitation and Federal Notice development, evaluation, award,
post-award management, contract and grant award closeout, and
administrative support.
Our staff includes senior acquisition specialists, budget and financial managers, subject matter experts and research assistants. Our personnel use methodologies and techniques including Total Cost of Ownership, Earned Value Management, Theory of Constraints, Life-Cycle Cost/Design to Cost, O&S Cost Reduction Analysis, Cost Risk Evaluations, Technical Risk Evaluations, Warranty Cost Effectiveness Analysis, Parametric Estimating, and Cost Estimating Relationship Methodologies.
