PSS provides support for all phases of the acquisition and grants
management lifecycles to include planning, requirements definition,
solicitation and Federal Notice development, evaluation, award,
post-award management, contract and grant award closeout, and
administrative support.

Our personnel use methodologies and techniques including Total Cost of Ownership, Earned Value Management, Theory of Constraints, Life-Cycle Cost/Design to Cost, O&S Cost Reduction Analysis, Cost Risk Evaluations, Technical Risk Evaluations, Warranty Cost Effectiveness Analysis, Parametric Estimating, and Cost Estimating Relationship Methodologies.
