CORPORATE HISTORY

Founded in 1991, PSS was originally focused on providing Information Technology and Engineering services to the commercial market. In 1998, PSS sold its commercial services practice to a publicly owned company. PSS then shifted its mission to providing information technology, engineering, and management services to government and industry.

Original success occurred in the Department of Defense and has since expanded to federal, state and local agencies. Throughout this growth period, PSS focused on building the infrastructure necessary to be an industry leading professional services organization.
