    PSS is responsible for the maintenance, development, and administration of PeopleSoft Federal Human Resource Management System (HRMS) for the Department of State. This support includes organizational change management activities for worldwide deployments, and the staffing and management of the IPMS Service Desk.  PSS provides HR SME support to assist the user community with HR Action processing.

    PSS supports the Department of Veterans Affairs, Field Security Operations (FSO), Critical Infrastructure Protection Service (CIPS) requiring 24/7/365 network security support services for its Network and Security Operation Center (NSOC). The Service Desk serves as the Single Point of Contact ("SPOC") for all internal users and business partners to receive support and guidance for incident response security related issues.

    PSS provides support of the WBSCM program which is a complete re-working of USDA’s supply chain management applications, bridging four distinct legacy systems and supporting five distinct government agencies. USDA’s WBSCM supports thousands of external users, both domestic and international, in the order management and procurement of commodity food products.
